Every raid creates an incident holding the full join cohort with trust scores and account ages.
- Ban all / Kick all actions the entire cohort in one click.
- Release all frees quarantined members who turned out innocent.
Cohort bans require the server to enforce 2FA for moderator actions (Discord's own Safety Setup).
