/warn add logs a warning. At the configured threshold (3 by default, within 30 days), the member is automatically timed out for 1 hour; anything harsher is a human decision. /warn list and /warn clear manage the record. Also on the dashboard, under Verification, then Members.
/keywords add bans a word or phrase: matching messages are deleted and logged (100 on Free, 500 on Pro). Also on the dashboard, under Protection, then Keywords.
/release frees a quarantined member after review. Also on the dashboard, under Verification, then Members.
