Anti-nuke: the rogue admin answer

• Every role is stripped and the actor is quarantined, instantly, once they cross a threshold.
• Their exact roles are stashed: Release on the alert (or /release) gives them all back if it was a false alarm.
• Webhooks they just created are deleted.
• Staff get a critical alert with Ban Actor and Release buttons. Lunaris never bans automatically.

Keep the Lunaris role near the top of the role list: anti-nuke can only strip actors below it. Doing a big planned cleanup? Add yourself to Trusted Actors first, then remove yourself after. Anti-nuke is opt-in, recommended for every server.
