The watchlist

• /watch add @member starts watching: alerts on their name and role changes, and their DM privacy is re-checked immediately.
• /watch list shows everyone being watched and why.
• /watch remove @member stops watching.

The watchlist is for suspicion, not punishment. Watched members notice nothing. Also on the dashboard, under Verification, then Members, then Watchlist (adding there skips the DM re-check, which stays a Discord-only action so every probe runs through one shared, paced queue).
