"Verification is unavailable": re-run the setup checks (dashboard Setup page, or /config, then Re-run Setup Checks). A deleted role or channel, or a moved bot role, pauses verification and the checks say exactly what broke.
Members fail the DM check with settings off: they may have only toggled one of the two settings, or toggled them in a different server. Both "Direct Messages" and "Message requests" must be off, in that server.
Ban/kick buttons refused: the server needs Server Settings, then Safety Setup, then Require 2FA for moderator actions enabled.
No timeout on scam matches: grant the Lunaris role the Timeout Members permission.
